Carol Piras

For over 20 years, Ms. Piras has driven corporate change and growth in both leadership and consultative roles. Carol held leadership positions in defense, hi-tech and start- up industries. As a leader, she developed and implemented business strategies, processes and plans in a variety of corporate functions such as Sales, Operations, HR and Organizational Development. This varied background allowed Carol to build her own consulting firm specializing in business strategy implementation working with executive teams in start-up to medium-sized companies. Her coaching and consulting work with executives enables her to keenly understand the relationship between individual, group and system synergies; hence, the passion with leadership development. Her athletic background brings a unique perspective in helping teams improve their ability to work together to reach results. Background and Education

Carol has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years. With a Psychology degree from UC Irvine, Carol enjoys the process of life long learning and has taken a number of institutes in presentation skills, communication skills, and leadership development. She holds certification in a number of programs including PDI's 360 leadership Assessments, Myers Briggs, ODR Change Management, and Managing Personal Growth.
